Not every day we wake up ripped or shredded and that’s fine! Don’t fool yourself with social media myself and many other people you follow. We are no machines! Sometimes we retain water or we over indulge with the food and we wake up flat as a pancake! But that’s absolutely fine! As long as your nutrition is completely right at least 70% of your week your body should be able to mantain the shape and condition. Some water holding here and there but nothing you can’t fix in a couple of days. Work hard until you get your ideal shape and then the maintain will be about balance! Calories in calories out! Don’t expect miracles, no shortcuts what get what you work for! And if you fall don’t cry like a baby. You are in charge of your goals, nobody else.
